*SWEET WORDS*

Simply Sweet saved my life! (sounds like a line from "The Thrill of It All", doesn't it?) It's true though.


We were just days away from my daughter's wedding and got some shattering news that threw everyone into a minor frenzy. I didn't know what to do about catering the wedding. At the last minute, I was able to get in touch with Shelly and her very calm reply purred over my cell phone, "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of everything...you just be the mother of the bride". ~sigh~


Shelly and her team stepped in, matching colors, blending flavors and providing a wonderful culinary experience for our guests. I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding with her. The bride's comments afterward, "I wouldn't change anything".

 Shelly Andresen with Simply Sweet saved my sanity on my daughter's wedding day! Not only did she create a beautiful, delicious display of wedding treats, she also came early to set up, took care of all the serving and cleaned up my kitchen and patio! We heard nothing but wonderful comments about the sweets... and the dipped brownies were a big hit! Working with Shelly was a delight. She was always cheerful and willing to talk about our plans whenever we needed her. She provided so many great wedding tips and extra ideas/help for me that I feel I've gained a sister! I certainly got much, much more than I paid for!

Dear Shelly:



I was so excited from the first time I saw your display at the wedding show. I wanted you at our wedding. You were great to work with. You were with us every step of the way, walking us through everything we needed to know and do. I turned everything over to you and didn't worry about it again. We changed things along the way and you rolled with it all. You did anything and everything we wanted. The food was fun and delicious. The display and presentation of the desserts was the center of our decorations and everyone loved how it looked. Mindy & your staff did an excellent job preparing and serving the desserts. I didn't think about it all night and it was always there looking good. They even took care of cutting and serving the cake which I am sure was not their responsibility. From set up to take down - it was perfect!
